Make Your Own Yeti kit! That's right ladies and gentlemen, it's what you've all been waiting for: step-by-step instructions on how to make your very own Yeti.
Included in the kit are the instructions, and enough polymer clay/materials to make 2 Yetis! This allows you to make one for practice and one for real, or you and a friend (or your two kids) can make one each. And once you realize how much fun you're having you can pop out to the art store, pick up some more polymer clay, and do it all again!
We've tested these kits out on kids as young as 5, and they were able to do it with a little parental help. The 8 and 9 year olds were amazing at it, and a great time was had by all.
There are 13 steps in total, plus they have to be cooked at the end. Just 15 mins at 275 degrees in a regular old oven, or even a toaster oven will do. And that's it. Your little Yeti will be about as big as a medium sized egg and will be happy to meander about your house for as long as you wish to keep him with you.
